Overview

Oonani Investment Group invites applications from qualified, experienced and results-driven candidates to manage its warehouse, fish repacking operations, distribution and business development activities.

Key Performance Areas

• Manage warehouse operations, including fish receiving, repacking, packaging, stock control and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality control and operational procedures.
• Supervise staff and manage productivity and performance.
• Coordinate suppliers, customer orders, logistics and distribution.
• Control stock losses, wastage and operating costs.
• Identify new customers, sales channels and business growth opportunities.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant management experience in FMCG, warehouse operations, food processing, distribution or fisheries.
• Proven experience in warehouse and team management.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales or customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of inventory control and food safety standards.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's licence.
